Program Overview
The SOURCE Predoctoral Fellowship trains scholars to become leaders in convergence education research, teaching, and institutional transformation. Fellows gain hands-on experience in cross-college teaching, CE program design, research, and STEM education change.

Program Structure (3 steps)
Year 1: Observe, grade, and support CE courses + research immersion
Year 2: Co-teach with faculty mentors + lead research activities
Year 3: Lead teaching components independently + produce publications/dissertation work tied to CE

- Motivated, reflective, collaborative
- Interested in CE research, undergraduate STEM innovation, and higher ed change
- Doctoral students from liberal arts, business, engineering/technology, or related fields
