SOURCE Predoctoral Fellowship
The SOURCE Predoctoral Fellowship trains scholars to become leaders in convergence education research, teaching, and institutional transformation.
Year 1
Observe and join the research community
Course support, observation, grading, and research immersion
Fellows support CE courses while learning the program model, joining research meetings, and building a personalized development plan.
Year 2
Co-teach with faculty mentors
Mentored teaching, methods training, and research leadership
Fellows co-teach with faculty mentors, lead research activities, and develop scholarship tied to convergence education.
Year 3
Lead and disseminate
Independent teaching components, publications, and dissertation work
Fellows lead teaching components independently and produce publications, presentations, or dissertation work connected to CE.
