Admission Requirements
- Students must submit proof of at least a bachelor's, professional or graduate degree from an accredited institution.
- Students are required to have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0/4.0. (However, consideration may be given to professionals with relevant work experience and/or other supportive factors).
- For international applicants, proof of English proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS) is a requirement for the graduate certificate program. The English proficiency requirement may be waived if the applicant is from an English-speaking country or if a degree was received within the last 36 months from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction in a country where English is the native language.
- At least two years of professional experience in the construction industry
- A current resume
- Students already admitted into a 鶹Ʒ graduate or professional degree program are eligible to earn a certificate after applying concurrently.
