Getting an internship while in college is invaluable for gaining hands-on experience, building a professional network, and enhancing your resume. It provides an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, develop essential skills, and explore career interests before graduation. Internships can also lead to job offers and give students a competitive edge in the job market. Find a Job
The Career Research Portal (CRP) is a comprehensive online resource designed to support job seekers through various phases of their search process. It offers tools and guidance to help users explore career options, consider diverse opportunities, search for jobs or internships, and successfully land desired positions. The portal provides industry-specific job boards, internship resources, and information on employment abroad, catering to a wide range of career interests.
Campus & class visits
We encourage our industry partners to visit the Purdue Aviation & Transportation Technology campus and meet with students face to face. A typical campus visit includes a table set in our atrium to meet with students; a class visit (depending on faculty availability); and an option to host an information session during lunch or after class.
