Collaborate with Customer Service Managers to review invoices for accuracy and document errors for correction to allow for invoices to be processed for payment to high profile fleet customers.

How has the college or someone in the college helped you achieve your goals?
Vicki Gilbert has been a key influence in helping me achieve my goals over the past four years. She has always celebrated my successes and encouraged me to be kind to myself on the days that did not go as planned. Vicki has challenged me to grow both as a student and as a person, never allowing me to give up on the things that mattered to me.
What specific classes helped prepare you for your new job?
I feel all of the classes I have taken over the past four years have helped me in different ways. Each course, along with hands-on experiences, have played a key role in preparing me for my new job.
If you had a favorite class, project, experience, or professor, what/who was it, and why?
One of my favorite classes has been Airport Operations with Adam Baxmeyer. His engaging teaching style, combined with real-world examples from his own experiences, made the material both informative and exciting. We also had the opportunity for hands-on learning with Purdue Airport's system, enhancing our understanding of the different airport operations.
