Applicants for the PhD in Computer and Information Technology must have a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from an accredited college or university. Exceptionally well-prepared bachelor’s students may seek admission directly into the PhD program. Academic preparation and performance in focus areas related to Computer and Information Technology (e.g. project management, security, forensics, data applications, networking and autonomy, societal applications) will be given high priority when considering candidates for admission. Critical emphasis will be placed on evidence of research experience and aptitude. Applicants must include the following materials as part of their application package:
- Official Transcripts from all previous undergraduate and graduate programs
- Non-native speakers of English must present approved evidence of
