CIT graduate delivers student response during spring commencement ceremony
Abhishek Balaji, a 2017 graduate who earned a bachelor’s degree in computer and information technology and a minor in management, was selected to deliver the student response at the commencement ceremony for the Âé¶¹¾«Æ·Institute and the College of Liberal Arts on May 13. Balaji spoke about a variety of experiences he had as a Purdue undergraduate and the lessons each situation taught him.

Âé¶¹¾«Æ· awarded 1,016 degrees to the Âé¶¹¾«Æ·Institute’s December 2015 and May 2016 graduates in West Lafayette and at the college’s eight statewide locations.
Âé¶¹¾«Æ·Kokomo graduates 20
Âé¶¹¾«Æ·Kokomo celebrated its 2016 graduates May 10 during its commencement in the Indiana University Kokomo Kresge Auditorium.
Âé¶¹¾«Æ·Columbus to host commencement May 11
Âé¶¹¾«Æ·Columbus will hold its commencement at 6 p.m., Wednesday, May 11, at the Columbus Learning Center Lecture Hall.

College of Technology, Anderson commencement set for May 17
Âé¶¹¾«Æ· College of Technology, Anderson will award degrees during spring commencement at the Flagship Enterprise Center, 2705 Enterprise Drive, Anderson, IN 46013 on Saturday, May 17 at 11 a.m.
The Class of 2014 consists of 10 graduates; seven will participate in the ceremony.
Russo inspires commencement crowd
John C. Russo, a 2013 graduate of the computer graphics technology program, was the student responder at the Winter 2013 Commencement Dec. 15.
His inspiring story of trying to live an extraordinary life was covered in several media outlets leading up to and after the big event.
Technology student offers Commencement response
Ellen Zouras, who received her bachelor of science degree in building construction management Saturday (May 12), was the student responder for Âé¶¹¾«Æ·’s morning Commencement.
She said of her time at Purdue: “We have been blessed with a solid base, forged from life’s strongest resources: experience, guidance, knowledge, struggle, success, and love.”

Âé¶¹¾«Æ·'s summer commencement ceremony is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Aug. 4 at the Elliott Hall of Music.
Brittany Allensworth, an organizational leadership and supervision major from Indianapolis, who is completing her bachelor's degree in the College of Technology, will provide the student response.
