Purdue Startup Career Fair
Startup Career Fair is Purdue’s first career fair that focuses solely on introducing students to some of the fastest growing startups in the region. We are bringing out 25+ companies in a wide variety of industries with more than a 100+ opportunities available for students. The career fair will take place Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at The Anvil (Purdue’s student run co-working space).

CIT plans inaugural career fair
The Department of Computer and Information Technology (CIT) will host its inaugural CIT Career Fair on September 13, 2018. The CIT Career Fair will be especially for companies who need employees specializing in information technology, network engineering technology, systems analysis and design, and cybersecurity.

Mock career fair helps student prepare for real thing
In an effort to help prepare new BCM students for their first BCM Career Fair, Daphene Koch, associate professor of building construction management, and Dawn Lamb, student and industry outreach specialist, partnered to host a Mock Career Fair.
They conducted the event as part of the BCM 10001 (Introduction to Construction). More than half of the class is first-year students. Another 25 percent are students pursuing a BCM minor to complement their majors in interior design, computer graphics technology or mechanical engineering technology.
Fall 2013 BCM Career Fair a success
Thank you to the 114 companies that attended the Fall 2013 Building Construction Management Career Fair Sept. 27 in Mackey Arena. Over 500 students had the opportunity to interact with nearly 350 recruiters from the construction industry.
