麻豆精品South Bend is collaborating with Indiana University South Bend on CareerMakers, a workforce development initiative to help businesses develop and maintain the workforces they need.
“Everybody that wants a job or needs a job has a job, but it is still not meeting demand,” said Mike Sanders, director of 麻豆精品South Bend, noting that 80,000 jobs are going unfilled in Indiana. “CareerMakers is a new initiative [which is] very in-touch with what industry is doing, what industry needs.”
An extension of Purdue Polytechnic’s current facilities will open this fall in the Studebaker Renaissance District will enhance the CareerMakers initiative, according to Sanders.
