The team was tasked with finding a way to simplify the the fine depowdering process. During MBJ processing, the parts go through bulk depowdering via a machine. The fine depowdering process is done by hand which utilizes a lot of labor hours and resources from the company. The goal of this project was to automate the fine depowdering process to reduce processing time of parts.
